Martin Mair
Builder, Founding Director
Martin brings to Embrace 17 years of construction experience and is a qualified Carpenter and Licenced Builder; his key strengths include strong collaborative communication skills, excellent leadership on site with workers and trades, a consistently high quality of craftmanship, solid attention to detail, a sharpened sense of humour, a flexible approach to project delivery that meets emerging client needs. In addition to his passion for building, Martin is a breakfast enthusiast, is the eternal optimist and is always striving to find practical and cost-effective solutions for with a smile.
Holly Mair
Founder, Creative Director
Holly brings to Embrace a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Business Administration and 12 years’ experience in the areas of safety, quality, human resources, project coordination, strategic planning and communications; her strengths include enthusiasm, creative and innovative thinking, a passion for connecting and improving processes, an eagerness to always help others and forge new relationships, a penchant for acquiring great coffee, cheese and red wine and she is a chameleon who adapts to ever changing situations with a sense of curiosity and determination to exceed expectations.
